From setup to tear-downand everything in betweenyoull help keep events running smoothly while being part of something bigger than yourself.

You bring enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude to every task. Whether youre assisting coaches, greeting guests, or handling logistics, you enjoy being hands-on and part of a team that works together to make events successful.

Your ability to communicate clearly, provide excellent customer service, and adapt to changing situations makes you a great fit for this role. Youre dependable, proactive, and ready to step in wherever needed to ensure athletes and visitors have an excellent experience.

Our 250-acre athletic complex hosts local, regional, and international eventsincluding sports tournaments, summer camps, leadership gatherings, and banquets. Every event we host is an opportunity to serve well, create lasting memories, and impact lives for Gods Kingdom.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Welcome guests with a positive, service-minded attitude.
• Assist lead coaches, trainers, and group directors throughout their events.
• Support visiting coaches or trainers with first aid needs as required.
• Observe and report safety hazards or facility issues.
• Communicate with the team using established protocols (e.g., GroupMe).
• Monitor campus communication and weather alerts.
• Complete event checklists, including setup, tear-down, cleaning, and security.
• (Seasonal) Coach, supervise, and engage with minors during summer camps (including drills, snack/water breaks, and activities).
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Must meet Ohio minimum age requirement.
• Prior experience preferred but not required. Training provided.
