Event Staffing

Our client, a hospitality and event services organization, is seeking Event Servers to join their team. As an Event Server, you will be part of the Event Operations team supporting a high‑profile Scholarship Appreciation Lunch. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: 9:30Am 7:00pm
May 13th, 14th, and 15th

What’s the Job?

• Provide synchronized plated meal service for approximately 350 guests
• Work from assigned service sections using coordinated service procedures
• Support efficient food distribution from two service points across the room
• Maintain professional, guest‑focused service standards throughout the event
• Assist with light setup, service flow, and breakdown as assigned

What’s Needed?

• Availability for the entirity of the event
• Ability to work as part of a large, fast‑paced service team
• Prior banquet, catering, or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Must arrive uniform‑ready in all black attire with black slip‑resistant shoes
• Clean, professional appearance suitable for a high‑visibility event
