Event Support Associate (TEMP)

Position Summary

The Event Support Associate is a temporary hourly role designed to provide operational support where in the unit. This position assists restaurant teams by filling staffing gaps, supporting peak business periods, and helping maintain smooth operations across assigned locations.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Support restaurant operations during high-volume periods.
2. Assist with food preparation and customer service as needed.
3. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
4. Complete dishwashing, stocking, and cleaning tasks.
5. Support team members in delivering an excellent guest experience.
6. Follow all company policies.

Qualifications

1. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
2. Strong attendance and reliability.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.

Physical Requirements

1. Stand and walk for extended periods.
2. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
3. Bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
4. Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
