Job Title: Event Support Staff - 2026 NUL Conference

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Dates: July 27, 2026 - August 2, 2026

Job Summary:
We are hiring dependable event staff to support the 2026 NULConference. Roles include setup, registration, guest services, resource room support, facilities assistance, cashier support, and supervisory coverage.

Shift Overview:

• Supervisor: 8-11 hour leadership shifts (July 27 - Aug 1)
• Staff Resource Room: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8 hrs/day), July 27-31
• Facilities: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (10 hrs/day), July 27-Aug 2
• Registration Clerks: 6-11 hour shifts, July 28-31
• Community Day Registration: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM (7 hrs), Aug 1
• E-Store Cashier: 3.5-9 hour shifts (mid-week coverage)

Key Responsibilities:

• Event setup and breakdown (tables, chairs, materials)
• Guest check-in and badge scanning
• Customer service and attendee support
• Resource room assistance and event flow support
• Facilities support and general event operations
• Supervisory oversight (where assigned)

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Event or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Additional Information:

• Client-paid parking provided
• Multiple shifts and roles available
• Full schedule and assignments provided prior to event

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
