POSITION SUMMARY:

The Events and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing key events, conferences, and engagement initiatives for U.S. Missions (AGUSM).  This role oversees logistics, communications, materials, and volunteer coordination for multiple annual events, including Mission Ready Conferences, General Council exhibits, Stewardship Summit, Pastor Summits, and leadership off-site meetings.

Additionally, the role manages hospitality for visiting teams, ministry opportunity team travel, and conference merchandise, including financial transactions.  

A significant focus of this position includes supporting and engaging U.S. Missions Kids (USMK) through event planning, resource development, mentorship programs, and ongoing communication.  This includes overseeing the USMK website, social media, scholarship research, and special acknowledgements such as birthday and graduation cards. The coordinator also develops devotionals, college engagement initiatives, and children's curriculum resources to support the spiritual growth and conncetion of USMK's. 

This position requires strong coordination with the Director of Operations and the Marketing Team to ensure effective promotions, materials, and event execution. Some travel is required for leadership and USMK events.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma

- Minimum two years Event Coordination, Hospitality and Children's Ministry experience.

- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).

- Customer Service.

- General Office Skills.

Compensation: $40,322.00 per year
