We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Promotional Events Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in event marketing, nonprofit outreach, customer engagement, communications, or public relations.
No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of live promotional events and community outreach campaigns
- Represent nonprofit organizations at public events, outreach initiatives, and community engagement activities
- Communicate with event attendees and community members to share information about nonprofit programs and campaigns
- Help support event marketing efforts that increase public participation and awareness
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during events and outreach activities
- Work closely with team members to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
- Learn communication, promotional marketing, and leadership skills through ongoing training
- Support outreach goals through positive engagement and teamwork
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Outgoing and professional personality
- Interest in event marketing, communications, nonprofit outreach, or customer engagement
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is helpful but not required
