Rated the BEST Senior Care Community in Wisconsin, we're seeking compassionate team members who embrace our core values: Respect, Commitment, Fulfillment, Empathy, and Fun!Our Team Members Say It Best, at Three Pillars, you'll be: Valued for your dedication and compassionEmpowered to grow-both professionally and personallyInspired by a strong culture of care and collaborationWelcomed into a close-knit, mission-driven communityWhat will I do as an Events Coordinator?Coordinate all aspects of catering events, including menu planning, scheduling, staffing, and oversees facilities setup, execution, and teardown.Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments (culinary, hospitality, facilities, etc.).Conduct site visits, consultations, and event walkthroughs with clients to ensure expectations and logistics are aligned.Prepare event orders, contracts, and invoices accurately and distribute them to relevant departments.Manage event timelines, floor plans, and service details to ensure smooth execution.Oversee on-site event setup and service to maintain presentation, timeliness, and quality standards.Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams regarding special requests, dietary needs, and event requirements.Maintain accurate records of event details, costs, and client feedback for future planning and improvement.What is required in this position?
