Events Coordinator
Full Time | Day Shift | Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm
(flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays required by event schedules)
Pay: $25-$28/hour
based on experience

What will I do as an Events Coordinator?
- Coordinate all aspects of catering events, including menu planning, scheduling, staffing, and oversees facilities setup, execution, and teardown.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments (culinary, hospitality, facilities, etc.).
- Conduct site visits, consultations, and event walkthroughs with clients to ensure expectations and logistics are aligned.
- Prepare event orders, contracts, and invoices accurately and distribute them to relevant departments.
- Manage event timelines, floor plans, and service details to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee on-site event setup and service to maintain presentation, timeliness, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams regarding special requests, dietary needs, and event requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of event details, costs, and client feedback for future planning and improvement.
What is required in this position?
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, catering, or event experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and assist with moving tables, chairs, and event equipment.
- Comfortable working in kitchens, event spaces, and outdoor venues.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience with event management software, POS systems, or Microsoft Office preferred.
