Job Description:
This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Operations, Warehouse, and Accounting to keep projects moving, maintain an organized workplace, and ensure a positive Team Member experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate trade shows, customer events, and company events from planning through
execution.
Manage event schedules, registrations, logistics, shipping, vendor coordination, and budgets.
Coordinate samples, displays, promotional items, signage, and marketing materials.
Support event setup, execution, and post-event follow-up.
Maintain marketing supply inventory and support marketing initiatives as needed.
