You’ll receive structured morning and evening training, daily coaching, and hands‑on selling experience that builds confidence and accelerates career growth.

Requirements

• Recent college graduate (or equivalent) with a strong drive to learn and compete

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Quick to absorb coaching and eager to improve — retail/sales experience is a plus

Benefits

• Base salary range: $36,000–$44,000 per year (depending on experience) + performance incentives
