Pay Range: $30-35 an hour 

Job Description:
Seeking an Events Data Associate to support event operations, reporting, and data management. This role will work heavily with Cvent, Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI to manage registrations, analyze event data, build dashboards, maintain event platforms, and help ensure a seamless experience for attendees, speakers, and stakeholders. Ideal candidates have experience with event technology platforms, reporting, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage event registration, attendee data, and reporting through Cvent and Salesforce. 
• Generate analytics and insights on event attendance, registration trends, and member engagement. 
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel. 
• Support event operations, including session setup, speaker management, and mobile app administration. 
• Maintain accurate data records, committee information, surveys, and tracking tools across multiple platforms. 
• Coordinate event communications, monitor shared inboxes, and support stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.
