From themed park days and live entertainment to holiday celebrations and special activations, this role helps create unforgettable experiences for thousands of guests. Assist with planning and executing themed park events throughout the season.
Communicate with event vendors, performers, and partners before and during event days. Collect and organize vendor documentation including Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
Create detailed Run of Show (ROS) documents outlining schedules, activities, and operational details for each event.
Provide finalized Run of Show documents to the Marketing team for promotion and internal distribution.
Help decorate the park for major events and seasonal celebrations.
Assist with event setup including signage, vendor areas, activity stations, and themed spaces.
Coordinate with the Food & Beverage team to help develop themed food and beverage offerings for events.
Interact with guests to promote event activities and create an exciting atmosphere.
Help facilitate games, activities, contests, and entertainment elements.
Support vendors and entertainers to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Share upcoming event details with park leadership and team members.
Create event signage and coordinate production to ensure signage is posted throughout the park.
Work with the Marketing team to ensure event information is accurate and well-promoted.
Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Creative mindset and attention to detail.
Outgoing personality with a passion for guest experiences.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Comfortable working outdoors during event days.
