General Statement of Job Function
The Events Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing institutional events through which Denver Seminary engages its public. This role supports signature programming, presidential and donor cultivation gatherings, and Advancement events that serve a broad range of audiences - including church leaders, cultural practitioners, and community members. For many guests, these events represent their first sustained encounter with the Seminary. The standard of hospitality, production, and follow-through this role sets is the standard the institution is known by.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, collaborative, and mission-driven professional with strong interpersonal skills, proven event management experience, and the ability to work effectively across multiple institutional departments.
