INTRODUCTION
Altitude Trampoline Park – Austell is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Events, Sales & Marketing Support Supervisor to support park revenue growth, event execution, reservations management, community engagement, and marketing initiatives. This leadership role focuses on increasing event participation, driving party and group sales, supporting marketing campaigns, strengthening community relationships, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The Events, Sales & Marketing Support Supervisor will work closely with the General Manager (GM), Assistant General Manager (AGM), Reservations Team, Guest Experience Team, and Community Partners to drive increased attendance, maximize event revenue, strengthen brand awareness, and ensure successful programming throughout the park.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
?? Main Focus: Events, Sales Growth & Marketing Leadership
As the Events, Sales & Marketing Support Supervisor at AUS ATP, you will support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in the following areas:
?? Event Programming & Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute park-wide events, promotions, and special programs.
Create and manage annual event calendars that drive attendance and engagement.
Support the development of holiday events, school break programs, fundraising initiatives, membership events, and community nights.
Ensure all event logistics, staffing plans, supplies, and marketing materials are prepared and communicated effectively.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth event execution before, during, and after each event.
Monitor event performance and recommend improvements for future programming.
Assist with attracting and securing group events, school visits, field trips, youth organizations, and corporate outings.
?? Sales & Reservations Support
Review party and group bookings to identify upselling opportunities.
Complete upsell communications for parties, memberships, group bookings, and special event packages.
Support growth in VIP party packages, room upgrades, memberships, and add-on sales.
Work closely with Reservationists to ensure reservation accuracy and exceptional guest communication.
Monitor booking trends and identify opportunities to increase conversion rates.
Assist with managing reservations processes and workflow within the ROLLER Venue Management System.
Support the Reservations Team with guest inquiries, event details, and booking follow-up.
Ensure reservationists are following company policies, procedures, scripting, and service standards.
Participate in regular reservation and sales performance meetings.
?? Marketing & Community Engagement
Assist with creating and executing 8–12 annual marketing campaigns, promotions, and park initiatives.
Design and manage in-park marketing materials utilizing Canva and Samsung VX Systems.
Support social media content creation, promotional campaigns, contests, and event advertising.
Coordinate local marketing efforts including school partnerships, community outreach, chamber events, sponsorships, and business networking opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, youth groups, churches, daycares, sports organizations, and community partners.
Support grassroots marketing initiatives to increase park visibility and attendance.
Assist leadership in developing strategies that increase memberships, party bookings, and guest retention.
Monitor marketing analytics and promotional performance metrics.
?? Sales Reporting & Analytics
Run weekly and monthly sales and event performance reports.
Track party sales, memberships, event attendance, promotional success, and upsell performance.
Analyze attendance trends and provide recommendations to improve revenue and participation.
Prepare reports for park leadership outlining sales growth opportunities and event results.
Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and community outreach initiatives.
Support forecasting efforts and business growth planning.
????? Leadership & Team Development
Promote a team-first culture focused on sales growth, event success, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Provide coaching and support to Reservationists and front-facing team members.
Reinforce professionalism, hospitality, and guest service standards.
Assist with onboarding and training employees on reservations, memberships, event execution, and sales processes.
Support leadership with accountability and performance management initiatives.
Maintain a positive, safe, and compliant work environment.
?? Guest Experience & Operational Support
Ensure every event delivers an outstanding guest experience.
Assist with guest recovery situations and customer service escalations.
Support front-of-house operations during peak business periods.
Assist event hosts and operational leaders with party and event execution.
Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when assigned by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
Support park operations during high-volume periods, promotions, and special events.

Note: All supervisors and managers are expected to support all park departments when operationally necessary.
?? SCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY
Required to work two weekend days (Friday–Sunday)
Required to work 3–5 days per week based on business needs
Flexible availability for events, promotions, community outreach activities, and peak operating periods
Availability to attend occasional community functions, partnership meetings, and off-site marketing events
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Support front desk operations and guest interactions as needed.
Learn and fully utilize the ROLLER Venue Management System.
Complete administrative assignments, event reports, and marketing projects by assigned deadlines.
Assist with membership initiatives and fundraising programs.
Support park event setup, breakdown, and operational execution.
Maintain marketing materials, promotional inventories, and event supplies.
Perform additional duties as directed by the General Manager.
WORK SUPERVISION
Reports directly to the General Manager
Works closely with the Assistant General Manager and department leaders
Receives goals, priorities, and performance expectations from park leadership
Collaborates with Reservations, Operations, and Guest Experience teams to achieve park objectives
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory, event management, sales, marketing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities
Experience coordinating events, promotions, or community outreach programs preferred
Comfortable analyzing reports, metrics, and performance trends
Experience with Canva, social media platforms, event planning, or reservations systems preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Positive leadership style with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively represent the Altitude brand within the community
