This position involves guest services, food and beverage departments, facility maintenance, and events.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Interacting and assisting guests as needed Assist with events from set up to take downStock, maintain, and clean the facility as necessary throughout shiftsPerform various tasks related to scheduled work areaOperate and balance a cash drawerResolve all guest concerns and complaints and/or direct to appropriate Manager Complete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays and long hours) and regular attendance necessaryExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust have excellent guest service skillsMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsMust be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders and fellow Team MembersMust work well with othersMust take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and venueCommitment to the safety and well-being of othersWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 30 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bendWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent noisePREFERRED:Have a basic understanding of sports
