The Events & Training Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and events for students, teachers, counselors, agents, and institutional partners. The role will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating stakeholders, supporting logistics, and ensuring the smooth delivery of workshops, masterclasses, and engagement activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training schedules, calendars and participant registrations across regions and partner institutions.
  • Support the execution of workshops, teacher trainings, webinars and masterclasses.
  • Coordinate trainer schedules, venue logistics and communication with participants and stakeholders.
  • Own end-to-end execution and logistics management of events, including Partner Meets, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), TOEFL Experience Days and other engagement initiatives.
  • Support event planning and on-ground execution, including venue setup, materials, branding, registrations, vendor coordination and operational follow-ups.
  • Maintain trackers, attendance records, feedback reports and activity documentation.
  • Support post-event and post-training communication, reporting and follow-ups.
  • Provide operational and administrative support related to training and event activities.

  • Timely completion and quality of execution
  • Participant attendance and engagement levels
  • Stakeholder feedback scores
  • Accuracy of reporting and documentation

  • The base salary range advertised represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
