Hiring Range: $16.54 - $19.44 Per Hour

Range Explanation:
- Hiring Range is an estimate of where you can receive an offer. The
actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors,
including your skills, qualifications, experience, education,
licenses, training, and internal equity.
- Pay Range is the entire compensation range for the position.
The Events Worker is a part-time/intermittent position that assists in
the logistical management of corporate and public events.
Essential Functions:
As defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, this
classification may include any of the following tasks, knowledge,
skills, and other characteristics. This list is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY and is

- Monitors events at the facility to assist with any needs of the
clients and participants;
- Welcomes guests into the complex, watching for contraband;
- Maintains the complexes and fields to major league standards;
- Performs grounds maintenance;
- Performs end of event closing tasks;
- Performs administrative duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
Any combination of training, education, and experience which
demonstrates the minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Preferred Qualifications: (Be specific in describing your experience

qualifications.):
- Experience working in varied settings including events, leagues,
tournaments, and community activities with crowds of varying sizes.
- Experience setting up and tearing down events, leagues, tournaments,
and/or community activities.
- Experience in customer service, problem-solving, and working
directly (face-to-face) with customers.
- Experience in general clean up including restrooms, trash removal,
walkways, and equipment set up/tear down.
- Experience working outside in extreme heat, humidity, dust, and cold
weather.
