As a Host, you're the first face guests see after a morning on the slopes, the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, and the person who sets the tone for everything that follows. It's a role that's equal parts warmth, organization, and hustle.

We're looking for someone who loves people, stays cool under pressure, and takes genuine pride in making every guest feel welcome from the first hello. • Serve First - Greet and seat guests with genuine warmth and attentiveness, answer questions, and make everyone who walks through the door feel like they're exactly where they're supposed to be.
• Attitude is Everything - Answer phones, take to-go orders, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Excellence in Execution - Manage the seating chart using our iPad system, complete transactions accurately using the point of sale system, balance cash drawers, and prepare deposits — because the details behind the scenes make the front of house shine.
• Assist servers, bartenders, and cooks with various tasks as needed, step in to bus tables, and help keep the restaurant stocked and running smoothly throughout your shift.
• Deliver room service and spa orders as assigned.

• You are at least 16 years old.
• You have excellent customer service skills and genuinely enjoy working with people.
• You're available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You're comfortable on your feet for long periods of time and thrive when the pace picks up.
• You're organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing your smile.
