That's Perdue.\n \nSummary\n \nJoin our team as an Evisceration Lead and help drive safe, efficient, and high-quality production! In this key role, you'll lead and support associates in the evisceration process, ensuring poultry products are handled with care, precision, and compliance. You'll coordinate workflow, coach team members, and promote strong sanitation and food safety practices that keep production running smoothly. If you're a team-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality and safety, we want you on our team!\n \nSchedule: Monday through Friday, 1:40pm -9:30pm\n \nPrincipal Essential Duties & Responsibilities\n\n Oversee work at various stations along the production lines processing poultry food products.\n Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE, preventing, and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures, and Process Safety Management related matters.\n Ensure that the qualities of the products are met according to the product specifications of QA and USDA.\n Ensure that all equipment throughout the departments is running smoothly.\n Maintains a clean and safe working environment.\n \nMinimum Education and Experience\n\n Minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past 3 years in a comparable field.\n \nPreferred Education and Experience\n\n High School or equivalent is beneficial but not required.\n Lead or supervisory experience in a production environment.\n \nPhysical Requirements and Environmental Factors\n \nWhen in a plant environment:\n\n Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.\n May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100%humidity.\n May handle products from 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.\n May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db.\n May be exposed to dust, feathers and all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility.\n Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.\n Occasional exposure to carbon dioxide vapors 10ppm and chlorine less than 20 ppm.\n Able to stand for several hours.\n* Work may include lifting (up to 50 lbs), reaching, bending, pushing boxes on conveyor assembly.\n \nPerdue Farms Inc. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
