- Support EVMS implementation and reporting to ensure program cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.
- Develop, analyze, and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.
- Partner with program managers and engineering teams to provide actionable insights.
- Ensurecompliance with government and industry standards for EVMS reporting.

Required Experience:
- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years industry experience in a similar role.
- Must have Experience with COBRA EVMS Software.
- Experience with DCMA ANSI 748.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in government contracting or defense industry preferred.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with DoD or Aerospace programs.
- Familiarity with IMP/IMS/Finance integration and contract deliverables.
- Ability to lead finance teams and mentor junior schedulers
