EVS Housekeeping & Patient Transport - Mentor Hospital

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a World-Class Hospital system in Mentor, OH to hire EVS Housekeepers and Patient Transport staff.  We are hiring for second shift opportunities at a pay rate of $15/hour.  This role focuses on maintaining a clean and safe environment while supporting daily operations, responding to service needs, and upholding all health, safety, and company standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits 
• Collect trash throughout hospital and manage trash chutes 
• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms 
• Maintain equipment in good working order 
• Report any shortages, damages, or security issues 
• Handle reasonable guests' complaints or requests, and inform other personnel when required 
• Check stocking levels of all consumables 
• Comply with health and safety regulations and adhere with company policies and licensing laws 
• Transporting Patients to and from their room as needed 

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Proven working experience in relevant field 
• Willing to Obtain a 1 step TB test and flu shot as part of onboarding process 
• Ability to work independently, with professionalism and attention to detail 
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check 

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift (3 PM - 11:30 PM); Rotating holidays and weekends
