$60K - $65KFull TimeThe EVS Manager provides overall project operations management including direct oversight of Shift Supervisors, Shift Managers and all subordinate managers. EVS managers coordinate all contractual Janitorial and EVS activities at the contract sites. EVS managers oversee shift leaders and supervisors ensuring client satisfaction is maintained at the highest levels. It is their direct responsibility to ensure all shifts are operating within budgets and supply cost levels are maximized.Qualifications:The ideal EVS Manager will have a combined 5+ years of documented successful Janitorial/Housekeeping/EVS experience with direct management of frontline managers at the Director level and higher who are responsible for direct delivery of all contracted service with a proven track record of strong leadership, organizational skills, and team-building in a large environment ensuring facility operations are in full concert with TBC core corporate deliverables. Define strategy that positively impacts all customer experiences in all customer core business lines to ensure that delivered services meet and/or exceed customer-defined facilities operating metrics. Provide direction and oversight to ensure customer satisfaction needs are delivered consistently and within budgets.Must have the ability to motivate team members and the ability to diffuse heightened situations between team members.Knowledge of computers with ability to utilize, excel and word.Possess a good command of the English language and ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests, both in person and by telephone.Thorough knowledge of hotel services and facilities.Must have professional image and personality exuding confidence and leadership skills.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by incumbents assigned to this position.
