Legacy Staffing has partnered with a World-Class Hospital in Canton, OH to hire an EVS Housekeeping Team Lead. This is a second shift opportunity with a pay rate of $16/hour. This role focuses on overseeing EVS housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, compliance, and efficient team performance in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the shift
- Ensure all areas of the facility are clean, sanitized, and maintained according to OSHA and company standards
- Coordinate with Supervisor to ensure adequate coverage for shifts
- Train and mentor in coordination with Supervisor on proper cleaning procedures and techniques
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with cleaning protocols
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner, elevating to Supervisor as needed
- Maintain Inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and any additional items as needed
- Collaborate with Supervisor to improve processes and efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in a team leadership role
- Proven track record of managing direct reports
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Detail-oriented with focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Additional Details:
- 2nd Shift; 3 PM - 11:30 PM (rotating holidays and weekends)
- Position offers a direct path to advance into a Supervisor Role. Please note that future Supervisor role may be assigned to another shift, requiring flexible shift availability
