EVS Team Lead - Mercy Hospital

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the shift
• Ensure all areas of the facility are clean, sanitized, and maintained according to OSHA and company standards
• Coordinate with Supervisor to ensure adequate coverage for shifts
• Train and mentor in coordination with Supervisor on proper cleaning procedures and techniques
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with cleaning protocols
• Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner, elevating to Supervisor as needed
• Maintain Inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and any additional items as needed
• Collaborate with Supervisor to improve processes and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year in a team leadership role
• Proven track record of managing direct reports
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and sanitation practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
• Detail-oriented with focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Additional Details:

• 2nd Shift; 3 PM - 11:30 PM (rotating holidays and weekends)
• Position offers a direct path to advance into a Supervisor Role. Please note that future Supervisor role may be assigned to another shift, requiring flexible shift availability
