Job Summary: Performs routine cleaning of assigned areas, including direct and indirect patient care areas, diagnostic areas, offices, restrooms, and public areas. Meets time, quality, and safety requirements.
Responsibilities: • Maintain adequate supplies on cart for supply replenishment in work areas. • Perform routine floor care to clean, burnish, and scrub floors. • Dispose of solid, biohazard, recyclable, and confidential trash per procedures. • Utilize the paging system. • Utilize HEV systems for bed discharge/transfer flow.
Minimum Requirements: Able to lift, bend, pull, stoop. Good communication skills. Good physical health. Walking, standing 8 hours per day. Must be able to read and write. No previous experience required.
