Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced EVSE Lead Installer to support our South Florida based EV charging station installation crew. This role is critical in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented, safety focused, hands-on leader with strong electrical and civil construction knowledge..

Key Responsibilities

· Install electric vehicle charging stations (EVSE) at residential, commercial, and fleet locations with minimal supervision
· Participate in daily Job Hazard Analysis discussions and Tool Box Talks
· Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and site plans
· Assist in layout and planning of EVSE system installations on job sites
· Support Foreman in coordinating daily job site activities
· Mentor and assist EVSE Installer I and Installer 2 team members, providing guidance on tasks and safety practices
· Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and proper material handling
· Operate power tools, testing equipment, and construction machinery safely and efficiently
· Oversee installation of conduit, foundations, panels, wiring, and EVSE equipment
· Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times

Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience in electrical/civil construction or EVSE installation
· 1+ years of leadership experience preferred
· Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various environments
· Ability to bend, squat, kneel for extended periods
· Experience in digging safely around underground utilities
· Understanding of civil and electrical job site operations
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics
· Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
· Strong communication, and problem-solving skills
· Familiar with 811 Utility Locate procedures and working safely around various utilities
· Clean valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
· Maintain reliable transportation to report to various jobsite locations

Compensation

· $34 – $38 per hour (based on experience)
· $3000 sign on bonus paid after 6 months successful employment
· Overtime available
· Performance-based bonuses (safety, quality, efficiency. training certification)
