What You’ll Do
As an Excavation Apprentice / Pipe Layer, you’ll work alongside experienced excavation crews, plumbers, and equipment operators installing and repairing underground water, sewer, and drainage systems. Every day is hands-on, active, and different from the last. You’ll learn how to:
- Assist with trenching, pipe installation, and backfilling
- Safely use hand tools and excavation equipment
- Set trench boxes and follow jobsite safety procedures
- Read measurements, grades, and layout plans
- Operate lasers and learn underground utility systems
- Keep jobsites organized, efficient, and professional
- Work as part of a tight-knit crew that has each other’s backs
This isn’t a desk job. It’s honest work you can be proud of at the end of the day.
What We’re Looking For
We care more about attitude than experience. We’re looking for someone who:
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Wants to learn a skilled trade

- Can lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all seasons
- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
