Key Responsibilities• Assist with installing pipe and site preparation
• Support residential site development projects
• Dig trenches and assist with laying pipe
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Assist equipment operators as needed
• Shovel, rake, and perform general excavation labor
Requirements of the Excavation Laborer:• Previous outdoor construction or excavation experience preferred
• Experience digging trenches or laying pipe is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Heavy Equipment Operator experience is a bonus
