What You'll Be Doing

Your day starts with the crew, the plan, and a clear purpose. You'll be outside, moving, lifting, hauling, and helping keep jobs running safely, cleanly, and efficiently.

You'll be the person who helps the team get equipment and materials where they need to go, whether that's towing trailers, driving company vehicles, or setting the site up for a productive day. You'll also be the person who steps into the physical side of the work—supporting excavation projects and helping solve sewer, septic, drainage, and utility issues for homeowners who count on us.

This role creates real impact. When you show up engaged, safety-minded, and ready to work, the whole crew gets stronger. You'll build hands-on experience, learn the trade from the ground up, and create a path toward a long-term future in excavation and field service work.

What You'll Earn

You'll earn $25-$28 per hour, based on your experience and fit for the role. On top of that, there are spiffs and bonuses, plus a 3% retirement match, paid holidays, paid time off, your birthday off with pay, a $150 yearly boot credit, company help with health insurance premiums, and continuing education to help you grow.

Who We're Looking For

You'll do well here if you're dependable, tough, coachable, and take pride in doing the job right. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you do need to show up ready, stay positive, and care about the team.

• You're safety-minded, hardworking, and dependable
• You're comfortable with physical labor and lifting 50-75 lbs
• You're okay working outdoors in all weather conditions
• You're comfortable towing trailers and driving company vehicles like dump trucks and service trucks
• You have a clean driving record and can get a DOT Medical Card
• Experience in excavation, septic, sewer, plumbing, utilities, or drainage work is preferred
• You can follow direction, take initiative, and work well with a crew
• You're professional with customers and respectful of equipment
• You're eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term trade career
• You must be able to pass a background check
• This is not for you if you cut corners, hate physical work, or bring a bad attitude to the crew
