· 2 years previous surveying experience.

· Experience with AutoCAD 3d civil, Trimble business center HCE, Revit, and Bluebeam.
· Ability to read construction plans and details.
· Build 2d/3d models for survey/machine control.
· Create points in CAD for accurate layout.
· Create details to send crews for assistance.
· Surveying experience with Trimble data collector to give accurate layout to crews.
· Ability to create as-built information from existing features.
· Compete existing or finished TOPO maps and import them into CAD software to generate reports.
· GCS machine control.
· Trimble GCS/KOMATSU IMC grade control machinery.
· Ability to generate separate file types for individual software, calibrate machines for different site locations, export machine as-built data for quality control.
· Laborer/heavy equipment operating experience doing utility/site grading
· Ensures a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task
· Can read and properly interpret survey grade stakes
· Good driving record
