Excellent Opportunity for a Urogynecology & Pelvic Reconstructive Surgeon in Southern Indiana

Deaconess Womens Hospital is seeking a full-time Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgeon to join a thriving program. At the Urogynecology and Pelvic Rehabilitation office, we provide specialized services needed to help patients live a fuller, healthier, and more confident life.

Our mission is to provide a full range of high quality, convenient, personalized, and cost-effective healthcare services to women and infants in our community and the tri-state area. The Womens Hospital is the regions market leader for womens health services with over 3,100 deliveries a year and a catchment area of 1.6 million people in three states. Regional leader in womens health with access to reproductive endocrinology, maternal fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology and urogynecology.

Youll be supported by an already established team that includes a full-time urogynecologist, nurse practitioner, womens health physical therapists, and three experienced nurses. 

Opportunity Highlights

• Provide comprehensive care for women with pelvic floor disorders through surgical and non-surgical approaches
• Outpatient evaluation and management

• Call responsibilities shared amongst providers
• Large referral base of in-house OBGYNs, plus established referrals from regional providers
• 5 dedicated GYN ORs with dedicated GYN robot
• All physician womens health anesthesia group
• Multidisciplinary care model with strong collaboration across specialties

• Patient-first focus with a likelihood to recommend care provider score of 95%
• Fully integrated EPIC EMR

Highly competitive compensation 

• $458K base salary guaranteed for first 12 months. 
• Productivity-based compensation model. Able to exceed base from the start.     
• Sign on bonus $36,000 for a 3 year commitment / $50,000 for a 5 year commitment
