Opportunity Description:
- Full-time, hospital employed position
- 4 or 5 day work week available
- Clinic is located in the hospital with its own entrance

- Breast & Lung navigators
- Dieticians
- Radiation Oncologist
- Tumor Board meets weekly
- Established Referral Network of 30+ PCP Clinics in an 8 county region.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $615,000 salary with quarterly and annual productivity incentives
- $75,000 Sign on bonus
- $15,000 Relocation assistance
- $3,500 CME allowance; 5 days off
