What You'll Do
The Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Instructor manages instructional programs for students with special needs. The ESE Instructor consults regularly with students and parents to ensure that each child successfully completes his/her instructional program. The ESE Instructor participates in all steps of the IEP process. The ESE Instructor works closely with other teachers and district professionals to ensure that the school's special education program is successful and operating in compliance with federal and state regulations. The teacher is the most critical link between the instructional program and the students who will be served. Those employed by TCA will have completed an extensive review by TCA to ensure they meet the standards for the school both in delivery of instruction and establishment of the learning community and student-centered atmosphere.
