Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and experienced candidates for an Exchanger Assembly position in Claremore, OK. This hands-on manufacturing role focuses on assembling industrial heat exchangers using general shop tools, structural components, and mechanical drive assemblies.

Required Experience & Skills
Prior assembly experience REQUIRED
Experience using general hand tools and shop tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production instructions
Understanding of proper hardware fastener installation and assembly methods
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow schedules, instructions, and safety procedures
Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Safely build and assemble industrial heat exchangers using general shop tools
Assemble structural components, motors, prop assemblies, and related mechanical systems
Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
Install hardware fasteners and mechanical components correctly
Follow production schedules and report task completions accurately
Maintain production quality and support team workflow goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and production procedures
Work Environment
Industrial metal fabrication / manufacturing environment
Non-climate-controlled facility with exposure to loud noise, dust, dirt, and metal particles
PPE required including hearing protection, safety glasses, respirators (when required), and OSHA-compliant safety boots
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, repetitive movement, assembly work, and material handling
