Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients.
  • Perform routine and complex deliveries, including high-risk obstetrics.
  • Conduct gynecologic surgeries and in-office procedures.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of womens health conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and support staff.
  • Educate patients on preventive care, family planning, and reproductive health.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency.

 

Licensure & Certification:

  • Current North Carolina Medical License or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
  • BCLS & ACLS Certification (required for certain procedures).
  • DEA & Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration for prescription writing.
