Job Title: Controls Engineer
Location: North Haven, CT (Onsite)

We are seeking a Controls Engineer with 4+ years of experience in industrial automation and manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PLC programming, robotics, machine vision, equipment validation, and troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment to support process improvements and production efficiency.

• Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Support manufacturing process improvements, equipment upgrades, and automation projects.
• Execute FAT, SAT, IQ, and equipment validation activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, technical documentation, and equipment specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and equipment vendors to improve manufacturing efficiency and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Participate in DFMEA, PFMEA, machine risk assessments, and validation activities.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and maintenance teams.
