At Lilly, the work is demanding because patients are waiting. We unite caring with discovery to help make life better for people around the world, knowing that every decision, every detail, and every day matters. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, our over 50,000 employees around the globe take on complex challenges to discover and deliver life-changing medicines, strengthen how health is understood and managed, and support the communities we serve. This is hard, urgent, selfless work-but it's work worth doing. If you're driven by purpose and ready to bring your best to work that truly matters for patients, we invite you to join us.

Position Purpose:

Lilly Value and Access is a purpose driven organization dedicated to making life better for people around the world. Health Care Organizations (HCO's) continue to grow in scale and scope of patient care. We are continuing to build our Lilly USA HCO marketing capability, and this customer continues to be important for our Lilly Immunology and Gastroenterology (GI) portfolio, including Omvoh across UC and CD.

At Lilly we strive to get medicines to those who need them faster and have a bold goal of reaching 150 million patients by 2030 with best-in-any-class experiences. This will only be done by embracing challenges as opportunities to innovate, shaping a better health care system, trailblazing a new way to engage customers in the field and by speeding the development and adoption of industry-leading commercial and medical affairs capabilities to improve patient outcomes. Lilly's ongoing research and commercial efforts in Gastroenterology, including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) indications such as ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD), present some of the most exciting opportunities in the history of the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Gastroenterology HCO Strategy and Marketing Sr. Director will lead the US HCO strategy, marketing plan, and continual launch execution for Omvoh and other future Lilly GI offerings across IBD indications (UC and CD). This will include defining the marketing objectives, understanding the key players that drive HCO decisions (insights and jobs to be done), solutions development, channel mix, implementing strategy with HCO AMs, and measurement. The Senior Director will closely partner with the broad US Immunology and GI team (HCP Marketing, Consumer, OTGS, Corporate Affairs, VEO, Payer, Medical Affairs) as well as Lilly USA HCO COE.

This role will report directly to the Associate Vice President of Immunology Market Access. The complex, rapidly changing healthcare environment requires the Gastroenterology HCO Strategy and Marketing Sr. Director to be an adaptable, agile leader and learner who delivers for this important customer.
