The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, finding cross selling, and upselling opportunities for ICE''s Mortgage Technology division. This individual will sell products and/or services and manages relationships with existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, account retention, and continued revenue growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
Acts as primary liaison between client and ICE and understands client's needs, including financial expectations and restrictions
May assist in the development and execution of account plans to ensure continued revenue growth from account base
Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence
Analyzes and evaluates pricing and costing scenarios to offer most viable value proposition
Assists sales teams in the preparation of proposals for clients utilizing ICE resources and tools
Monitors service levels, discusses with management, and recommends opportunities for improving service levels, revenue, and profit
Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies
May travel up to 50% to client sites and/or events
Performs other related duties as assigned
Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Requires 5+ years of sales or account management experience
Mortgage industry experience
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
Experience with ICE Mortgage Technology products, services, and capabilities
Salesforce or other CRM tool experience
Experience working in a metrics-based environment with the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
Highly experienced in negotiation and ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
In-depth understanding of the sales process
Excellent follow-up skills in all areas of sales cycle
Ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of management both internal and client facing
