JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
JT4 is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant. The executive administrative assistant to the JT4 President will provide comprehensive support as well as other executive team members. The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem solver who excels at communication, organization and planning. Our executive administrative assistant plays a key role in meeting our organizational goals and upholding our values.
Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties:
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
This role is responsible for providing administrative support for all departments in various clerical functions and staff tasking to meet critical deadlines.
The Executive Administrative Assistant must be detail-oriented, have great problem
solving/analytical skills, multi-tasked, and a passion for supporting all executive staff.
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE
An associate's degree in business administration, management, a similar discipline, or equivalent combination of formal training and seven or more years of experience in an administrative capacity are required for this position.
In addition, an Administrative Assistant IV must possess the following qualifications:
SALARY
The expected salary range for this position is $81,120.00 to $91,520.00 annually.

JT4 considers factors such as (but not limited to) responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market/business considerations when extending an offer.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed in a typical office environment. Some walking, stooping, bending, climbing stairs, stretching, and lifting (up to 25 pounds) is required for purposes such as gathering supplies.
Travel to remote company work locations may be required.
