Key Responsibilities for the Executive Administration:


  • Support executive leadership with scheduling, communication, and priorities

  • Manage sales orders, purchasing, and full order lifecycle coordination

  • Partner with vendors, customers, and internal teams

  • Track KPIs, reporting, and operational workflows



Qualifications for the Executive Administration:


  • 5+ years supporting leadership in EA, operations, or similar roles

  • Strong ERP/CRM and Excel skills

  • Experience in fast-paced, multi-priority environments

  • Procurement or order lifecycle experience preferred



Salary: $60,000 + bonus
Location: Auburn, IN
