Atlanta, GA This position will supports 3 executives and operates in a professional office or hybrid environment and requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization. Occasional flexibility outside normal business hours may be required to support executive schedules, travel coordination, or business initiatives.

Description

TheExecutiveAdministrative Assistant provideshigh-leveladministrativeandoperationalsupporttoexecutiveleadership.Thisrolemanagesexecutivecommunications,coordinatesschedulesandtravelarrangements,organizesmeetingsandevents,andoverseesadministrativeprocessestoensureefficientdepartmentoperations. Thepositionservesasakeyliaisonbetweentheexecutiveandinternalorexternalstakeholders,exercisingindependentjudgment,discretion,andknowledgeoforganizationalpolicies.TheExecutiveAdministrativeManageralsosupportsdepartmentaloperationsbymanagingadministrativestaff,coordinatingbudgetsandreporting,andassistingwithpolicydevelopmentandimplementation.

+ Answerexecutivetelephones,screencalls,androuteinquiriestoappropriatestaffmembers. + Greetvisitorsprofessionally,assesstheirneeds,anddirectthemtoappropriatepersonnel. + Receiveandreviewincomingcorrespondence,respondingindependentlytoroutinemattersanddraftingresponsesforexecutivesignaturewhenappropriate. + Reviewoutgoingcorrespondenceforaccuracy,consistency,andcompliancewithorganizationalpolicies. + Serveasarepresentativeoftheexecutivewithintheorganizationandcommunicateexecutiveprioritieswhenappropriate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



Education

Experience

+ Three (3)yearsofofficeadministration,seniorsecretarial,orrelatedexperience

Equivalent



Experience

+ Seven (7)yearsofofficeadministration,seniorsecretarial,orrelatedexperiencemaysubstituteforabachelor’sdegree.

Technical



Skills

+ Experienceusingpersonalcomputersoftwareapplicationssuchaswordprocessing,spreadsheets,andpresentationtools. + Positionsinthisclassificationmayrequiretheabilitytotypeorkeyboardatleast60accuratewordsperminute.
