• Partner closely with the President's Executive Administrative Assistant to align priorities, ensure seamless coverage, and maintain continuity across leadership support
• Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of leadership
• Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication
• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and sound judgment
• Leverage Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and other tools to improve workflow efficiency, organization, and team productivity
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven ability to support multiple executives and work within a team-based administrative structure.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and proactively solve problems.
• Comfortable managing shifting priorities and competing deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to adopt and leverage new tools and technologies.
