JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily administrative operations of the hotel office
Maintain organized filing systems for guest records, invoices, and internal documents
Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping records
Draft professional correspondence and respond to emails on behalf of management
Ensure timely communication of updates and policies to staff Technology and Office Equipment
Operate and troubleshoot office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Additional certifications in office administration, customer service, or hotel management are a plus
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience in multitasking and managing competing priorities Familiarity with office administration procedures and best practices
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping
