Executive Administrative Assistant SUMMARY The Executive Administrative Assistant position at the Healing Center is a full-time, exempt, non-ministerial role reporting directly to the Executive Director. The primary function is to provide high-level administrative support, manage communications, draft key documents, and oversee scheduling and off-site meetings. In addition to core clerical responsibilities, the role involves supporting major events such as the Hunger Walk and Christmas at the Healing Center, and supervising the daily workflow, reporting, and performance evaluations for a Full-Time Ministry Coordinator.
