This position serves as the administrative support for the ACNO Senior Director, Operational Directors, Associate Directors, and Nurse Managers of Ambulatory Surgery & Endoscopy Rehabilitation Services across the Health System to provide fiscal management and to oversee and manage department financial activity. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for submitting travel and expense reports according to university policy, supporting payroll entry through Kronos, and educating the department on fiscal standards and responsibilities. The Executive Assistant will serve on and develop materials for multiple Surgical Rehabilitation committees such as the surgery center & endoscopy OR Committee's. Clinical Ladder, Leadership Development, Professional Development, Policy, and CARF. Additionally, they will develop and maintain organizational charts for Ambulatory Surgery & Endoscopy Services Rehabilitation Services via Microsoft Visio.
Minimum required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
