The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Hillsboro, OR. Details for the position are as follows:

Description:
  • Pay: $24.72-$41.16/hr to start!
  • Shift: Mon-Fri, 1st Shift. 100% onsite.
  • 18-month assignment, likely to extend or convert based on budget and performance.
  • Position will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and effective administrative support such as, maintaining complex calendars, participating in meetings as well as projects, taking meeting minutes, and acting as the departmental "go-to-person".
  • Additional duties include coordinating travel and conference attendance for key customers as well as processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience required.
  • Experience with supporting Functional Leaders and team members required.
  • Advanced skills in email, calendar support and management, word processing, database, and presentation applications is preferred.
