What you can expect working in the Executive Administrative Assistant position

The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team, providing high-level support across a wide range of priorities and initiatives. This role collaborates with departments across all LANGE organizations to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and drive results. As a highly visible and trusted position, the Executive Administrative Assistant demonstrates exceptional discretion, operational excellence, strong leadership capability, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provides direct strategic administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Manages executive calendars, priorities, and workflow with a proactive, anticipatory approach.
  • Coordinates logistics for meetings and events, including catering, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and company-sponsored functions.
  • Leads the administrative team, providing day-to-day supervision and oversight of all administrative processes and personnel.
  • Manages special projects and office initiatives as requested by leadership members.
  • Oversees company plane scheduling, ensuring appropriate approvals, communication and coordination of travel logistics.
  • Provides administrative backup support at other LANGE office locations as needed.
  • Upholds a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive organization and personnel information.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and 3+ years of executive-level experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience coordinating corporate aviation or complex travel logistics.
