Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support directly to the Owner
Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and priorities
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal leadership, vendors, and select external stakeholders
Prepare documents, reports, and executive communications
Coordinate special projects and follow up on action items
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
