The Fountain Group is currently seeking a --------Executive Administrative Assistant  for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in --Mountain View , CA  Details for the position are as follows:

Location: Onsite
Pay Rate: $31.47/hour
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description

  • Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and executive correspondence.
  • Coordinate workshops and meetings, including scheduling, attendee communications, welcome materials, signage, and meeting documentation.
  • Support office operations, including facilities coordination, supply management, and shipping/receiving activities.
  • Coordinate office events and team activities.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding logistics, including workspace setup, equipment requests, and employee provisioning.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for executive and team administrative requests.

Required Skills

  • Executive calendar and travel management.
  • Meeting and workshop coordination.
  • Office operations and facilities administration.
  • New hire onboarding coordination.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and executive-level operations.

Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience within technology, media, or information services organizations.
  • Korean language proficiency.
  • Experience coordinating executive events, workshops, and corporate meetings.
