What You'll Do
This role provides high-level administrative support to the President, Vice President, and Vice President of HOA Operations. You will help keep executive operations organized, efficient, and moving forward.
  • Provide direct administrative support to executive leadership
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, meetings, and communications
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-up items
  • Support special projects, research, and leadership requests
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
  • Track deadlines, priorities, and time-sensitive items
  • Assist with internal processes, documentation, and workflow coordination
  • Support system updates and administrative improvements as needed
