This remote position supports the Office of Resource Stewardship in providing professional customer service to internal teams and citizens in El Paso, TX.
Responsibilities include acting as receptionist, managing calls, greeting visitors, handling mail, and supporting administrative tasks such as managing parking, security badges, office supplies, fleet data, and work orders.
Assists with event scheduling, room management, and serves as liaison for visiting groups.
Performs tasks requiring judgment, follows standard procedures, and communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
Uses office equipment and software, maintains records, and schedules meetings efficiently.
Qualifications include strong communication, organization skills, and proficiency with office tools and software.
Work is primarily indoors, seated, with some dexterity required.
